Q: What is the minimum storage term available?
A: One month.

Q: Do I have to rent the full container or can they be split with other customers?
A: You can share but the billing person will be responsible for monthly payments.

Q: Is the site manned 24/7?
A: No, we supervise the security on a regular basis by personal inspections of the site, this is how we keep our prices so reasonable.

Q: Do I keep my container key or does it remain on site?
A: You have your own set of keys for your container.

Q: Do I have to work any complicated alarm system if I want access at night?
A: No, we have a combination lock on the main gate which gives you access 24/7.

Q: Is the site illuminated at night?
A: Yes, it is on a sensor, it detects movement and is automatically operated.

Q: What paperwork do I need to provide when renting a container?
A: A valid name and address is all that is needed.

Q: What hours can I gain access to my stored items?
A: Any time day or night.

Q: How much notice do I need to give on my storage container?
A: Once month’s notice.

Q: What payment arrangements do you have?
A: We have payments monthly by standing order to our storageme bank account and we send you a monthly receipt for your accounts.
